During these uncertain times, we are keeping positive and looking forward to our fishing season. In the next few weeks, the Governor of Alaska, Mike Dunleavy, should uplift the 14-day quarantine requirement for out of state travelers.
Our boat, Shake 'n Bake 2.0, is in the water, fish are starting to trickle in, and our Lodge is ready for guests. We will make sure our boat, fishing equipment, and Lodge meets all the necessary sanitization procedures per guidelines set forth by the state of Alaska.
On a side note, we went fishing for a few hours and hooked into 7-kings. My friend Scott landed his first Chinook. We scored two keepers and as always had a great time.
